Delete your Sigil Duel account

You only have an account if you signed in (with Google, Apple or email). Guests have no account: their progress lives only on their device.
Delete it in the game
- Open Sigil Duel and tap the settings cog on the home screen.
- Find the Account section (it shows the email you signed in with).
- Tap Delete account, then DELETE to confirm.
Your account and cloud save are deleted right away and can't be recovered. The game keeps working on that device as a guest.
Can't open the game?
Email info@innoversehub.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Sigil Duel account". If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us that and we'll help you confirm it's your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account: email address, user ID and the link to your Google or Apple sign-in.
- Your cloud save: progress, cards, decks, looks you own, profile and settings.
- Any guild membership, join requests and guild messages.
What is kept
- Purchase records. Apple and Google keep their receipts under their own policies, and our purchase service (RevenueCat) keeps transaction records under an anonymous ID, not linked to your account, as long as needed for restoring purchases, refunds, and tax and accounting rules.
- Anonymous usage data. If usage data was on, game events are tied to a random ID made on your device, never to your account, so they can't be found or deleted by account. Settings › Usage data turns it off.
- Service logs. Our hosting providers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address) for security for a short time, no more than 90 days, then delete them automatically.
- Reports. If other players reported a guild you were in, the report is kept without your ID.
- Your device. The game's local save stays on your device. Uninstall the app (or clear the site's data in your browser) to remove it.

Email us with what you'd like removed and we'll do it within 30 days.
