Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Innoverse LLC ("we", "us") for the Sigil Duel game, its website (sigilduel.com) and its apps. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for any purchases.
Your account
You can play as a guest, or sign in to save your progress across devices. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account.
Purchases and virtual items
- Some things in the game can be bought: Shards, the season pass and looks such as costumes, Mythic finishes, boards and card backs. Everything sold is cosmetic or a convenience; it never makes cards stronger.
- Virtual items are a limited, personal licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred, except where the law says otherwise.
- Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by them, under their refund policies and the law where you live.
- Shards you buy are added once per purchase. If you play as a guest, unspent Shards and items stay on that device only; sign in to keep them safe.
- We may change prices, items and how the game's economy works. Seasons, events and limited items end on the dates shown in the game.
Playing fairly
Please don't cheat, use bugs or tools to gain an advantage, tamper with saves or the game's code, interfere with our servers, or use offensive names on your profile. We may reset progress gained unfairly, rename profiles, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Changes to the game
Sigil Duel is updated often. We may add, change, rebalance or remove cards, features, events and rewards, and we may stop offering the game, with notice in the game where we reasonably can.
Our content
The game, its characters, art, names and code belong to Innoverse LLC. You may share screenshots and videos of your play; please don't copy or reuse our content otherwise without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Innoverse LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Apple and Google
If you play on iOS, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Innoverse LLC only; Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or its support.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll also tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
